Ama Manu is a fifty-year-old mother of five raising her family in the Eastern Region of Ghana. Her husband is a cocoa farmer and she sells soap in the local market.
With her loan, Ama plans to grow her business by purchasing inventory in bulk. With more supplies to sell, she can sell both in the market and around her community, reaching more customers. She wants to earn more so that she can give her children a great education.
